Boarding & Facility

Middlebrook has 22 full sized, rubber matted stalls with limestone base in the main barn and 8 full sized, rubber matted stalls in the back barn.  First and second cut hay is fed 4 times / day.  Contact the farm for custom boarding options and pricing.
 
The de Boer family lives on the property ensuring the safety and security of your horses.

Standard Board starts at $650 per month

 

Board includes first and second cut hay fed 4 times daily, pasture , full use of the equestrian facility, daily turnout/in services (weather permitting), daily stall cleaning. Owner provides grain and supplements.

Full Board starts at $750 per month

​

In addition to standard board, grain is included, handling for farrier and vet appointments, and blanket changes

​

Horse owner must provide all supplements, blankets and timely notifications of Veterinarian and farrier appointments.

$50.00 per month for solo turnout

​

$50.00 per week for  stall rest, hand walking not included

​

All other extras are to be discussed with the barn manager (Anna de Boer)

​

​

Partial month Board is charged at a rate of $30.00 per day

​

We do offer a trailering in fee of

$15.00 per horse

Tack Room
The main stable includes a heated 11x33 foot tack room capable of storing primary tack for all of our clients. Additional storage options are available. 
Pony Barn
In addition to our main stable Middlebrook has a four stall "pony barn" with it's own pasture, perfect for your ponies or smaller horses.

Indoor Arena
Among Middlebrook's many qualities, our indoor arena is the jewel. At a large 60x170 feet this limestone and sand base arena is perfect for full size dressage or jumping training
OutdoorArena
Vermont's beauty can't be denied, so when the weather is right our outdoor arena is the place to be! It's serious size rivals anything you will find in the area. Enjoy the sun and views of Addision county along with the Adirondack mountains as you ride.
Pastures & Paddocks
Middlebrook doesn't mess around when it comes to providing space for it's four legged clients to enjoy the outdoors. We have17 pastures with an average size of one +acres as well as 3 dry lot paddocks averaging 40x40 feet. Your horse will be sure to spend as much time outdoors as possible.
